Mullwood Partnership was founded in 2012 by Jo Sellwood-Taylor and Sharon Mullen, both senior headhunters with over 40 years’ combined experience who have held board leadership positions with prominent executive search firms.

In 2000 they created a highly successful executive search business, predominately focused within senior executive/board level global HR assignments. They sold to a leading international group in 2008 and continued to lead and grow the business until exiting in 2011.

They have worked successfully with both listed, public sector and private organisations, including FTSE 100 and 250, Fortune 500, NASDAQ, medium sized, private equity backed and family-owned businesses, across all sectors and industries globally, together with public sector/not-for-profit and social business organisations.

Mullwood Partnership has been undertaking a five year in-depth research initiative in conjunction with Dr Anthony Hesketh of Lancaster University Management School.
