As a previous HR Director, the research that Mullwood Partnership is conducting holds great relevance and value for global businesses today. Sharon and Jo have always been very innovative and forward thinking individuals who challenge traditional thinking and this is highlighted in the research subject matter. The results will assist individuals in mapping out their career, and perhaps more importantly, show organisations how to really ensure they are providing their talent pipeline to the board with the right career experiences from the word go.
